Arvind Reddy, MD

Arvind Reddy Devanabanda, MD, is a third-year cardiology fellow at Northwell Health (Manhasset, NY). Originally from Canada, he was educated at Boston University, where he completed a 7-year accelerated BA/MD program, and completed his training in internal medicine at New York University School of Medicine. Next year, Arvind will stay at Northwell health to train in interventional cardiology. He has been inspired by bloggers throughout his career and looks forward to writing for Fellow Talk in order to express his viewpoint passionately and influence the reader’s perception of the world. Arvind looks forward to becoming a detail-oriented doctor who is dedicated to listening to patient preferences and counselling patients on the evidence behind procedural and medical management outcomes. Ultimately, he envisions developing his career in an academic setting that allows him the opportunity to work on research, improve patient safety outcomes, and mentor the next generation.
