Lucy Hicks

Lucy Hicks is the 2018 recipient of the Jason Kahn Fellowship in Medical Journalism. She is currently a master’s student in New York University’s Science, Health, and Environmental Reporting Program (SHERP). Prior to moving to New York for graduate school, she worked at Boston Children’s Hospital as project coordinator and a general writing intern at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She is the previous Health Editor and Current Managing Editor of Scienceline, SHERP’s news website. Lucy studied Biology and Spanish at Duke University.
